- Business transfer: If Cloudista is acquired or merged, subscriber data may be transferred as part of that transaction. You will be notified before your data is subject to a different privacy policy.

We retain your email address for as long as you remain subscribed. If you unsubscribe, your record is marked as inactive and purged from our active mailing list. Anonymised aggregate statistics (e.g. total subscriber counts) may be retained indefinitely.

We take reasonable technical measures to protect your data, including encrypted HTTPS connections, restricted database access, and per-subscriber tokens for confirmation and unsubscribe links. No method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.
